RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN OF GOODS)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Conditions for returns:
- The goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- They must have all original tags and labels attached.
- The goods must not show any signs of use (e.g., deodorant marks, dirt, or washing powder).
HOW TO RETURN GOODS (STEP BY STEP)
1. Prepare your package
Ideally, pack the goods in their original packaging. Inside, do not forget to include the completed Return Form, which was included with your order. If you paid by cash on delivery, please make sure to include your bank account number on the form!
2. Send the goods back to us
You can return the package to us using any shipping carrier that suits you best. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send the package directly to our headquarters:

Important notice: Do not send the items back via cash on delivery (COD) under any circumstances. Such packages will not be accepted by us and will be returned to you at your own expense.
WHEN AND HOW WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY
We usually refund the money for the returned goods within 14 days of you dispatching the package. This period covers the transit time from your carrier to our headquarters, the inspection of the goods, and the bank transfer itself. We primarily refund the amount using the same payment method used for the original order.
The refund method depends on your original payment method:
- Online card payment: The money will be automatically refunded to the same payment card.
- Cash on delivery: The money will be sent to your bank account. (Make sure you have correctly filled in your account number on the Return Form inside the package).
- Gift card payment: The amount will be credited back to your gift card, which you can use for your next purchase.
(Note: A direct exchange of goods for a different size or color is not possible for technical reasons. If you need a different item, please create a new order and return the unsuitable items to us using the standard method above).
COMPLAINTS (DEFECTIVE GOODS)
In the event that the goods have a manufacturing defect, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Send the claimed goods clean and with a description of the defect to the headquarters address in Zdiby mentioned above. We process complaints without undue delay, but no later than 30 days from their receipt.
